Returns

If a piece arrives damaged or is unused in original condition, we intend to accept a return. This frontend does not process returns — it explains the policy we will operate.

What to do

• Write to us with the order reference and a photo if needed.
• Keep the packaging until the return is agreed.
• Do not use the piece if you plan to send it back unused.

Hygiene-sensitive bathroom items that have been opened may be excluded. We will be explicit rather than hide exceptions in small print.
